Fibreglass Moulds and Mould Making

Fibreglass moulds can be produced to enable the manufacture of high quality finished products. Multi piece complex moulds are essential in replication of your finished part.

GRP/Gelcoat Repair

With many years experience in the Marine and Motorsport Composite Industries we have the ability to repair basic fibreglass projects to large gelcoat repairs on all types of marine craft.

About Crocker Designs

Crocker Designs are a composite manufacturer based in Plymouth, UK specialising in fibreglass and carbon fibre in the automotive, marine and leisure industries. I can carry out complete design through plug/mould making and manufacturing process to realise your final composite product.

I have been involved in motor sports from an early age alongside my family. I started laminating about 20 years ago working on the family race car which is used in hillclimbing and sprinting. I have previously worked at Princess Yachts and Multi Marine Composites where I gained a lot of skills. In that time I have been trained in laminating, vacuum bagging, infusion resin technology and gel coat repairs.
